It is mandatory that a representative from each team attend. Light refreshments will be served. Due to the number of teams checking in, and out of consideration to the other coaches / managers, please refrain from bringing children to the check-in. Failure to provide the needed paperwork for each player could prevent players from participating in the tournament.

Teams that are unable to make it to the check in should contact the tournament director by telephone or email. These teams should check in at the tournament HQ tent at the Bettye Wilson Complex at least one hour prior to the team's first game.
