2012 ODP Camp payment in FULL $750

This link should be used to make the 2012 Region IV camp payment amount of $750 - the full amount due. The total amount for camp is due NOT LATER THAN 4/20/2012 - no exceptions

2012 ODP Camp $250 partial payment #1

This link should be used to make your FIRST of 3 partial payments of $250 each. The FIRST payment is due no later than March 31, and the FINAL payment is due no later than April 20th! No exceptions.

This link should be used to make your SECOND of 3 partial payments of $250 each. The FIRST payment is due no later than March 31, and the FINAL payment is due no later than April 20th! No exceptions.

ODP Travel Information - 2012

THE LINKS ARE UP - ABOVE - AND WLL WORKING PROPERLY TO MAKE YOUR DEPOSITS OR PAYMENTS IN FULL.  Remember - a payment either partial or in full is due no later than March 31st.

HOWEVER - '95 boys and '95 Girls do NOT have to make payments within our deadline.  Since their invitations to camp come directly from Region IV, they will have deadlines in their invitation letter to adhere to.

We have almost all of our chaperons set and are working on travel arrangements now.  Thank you for your patience and understanding while we finish this process, and get their flights prepared.

2012 ODP CAMP - TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

ODP Camp for 2012 fees will be the same as last year, $750.  Please note this DOES NOT include your child's travel fees, except the buses to and from the airports, which will be covered with the $750.

ATTENTION ODP CAMP PARTICIPANTS

 
 
TRAVEL:  I will post spreadsheets to everyone so you can see airlines flights and costs as soon as they're finished.  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR PLAYER TO TRAVEL TO CAMP IS NOT COVERED IN THE CAMP FEE that you pay online. 
 
TRAINING:  There WILL be training that ALL pool players and alternates are invited to attend, whether attending camp or not.  The training that has been arranged at this point is all in the South.  I will be working on training located in the North next week, and will let everyone know as soon as I set up the dates and make travel arrangements for the coaches.  Keep watching the web-site for those training dates and locations.  We were waiting for State Cup preliminaries to be completed before start training.
 
CAMP COSTS BREAKDOWN: 
 
To parents who do not have the breakdown:
 
Region IV Camp Cost/Player is $750. 
The fee that Region IV will charge the state per player is $525.  The balance of $225 is to cover the team chaperons and team coaches travel and camp costs, camp fees per chaperon and coaches are $240 each, plus we have to pay their travel fees.  The additional money is for the following;
  • Since the State is obligated to send chaperons for each age group, as well as coaches for teams of 15 or more, we are off setting those costs between all of the camp participants, travel, camp fees, etc.
  • Travel and lodging Costs for college coaches to Las Vegas and Reno to conduct the training.
  • The costs of the buses from the airport to the camp for arrivals and departure
  • Costs for chaperons to do player's laundry while at camp and other incidental costs.
